Marc Arguello to serve as 2015-16 Intern

The ACCC is excited to announce the addition of Marc Arguello for the 2015-16 academic year.  The junior Sport Management major from Huntingdon College will join the ACCC as an intern, assisting in all aspects of daily operations, tournament management, and sports information.

The native of Castle Rock, Colorado has previously worked with the Camellia Bowl, AISA basketball tournament, and AHSAA baseball tournament.  While attending Huntingdon, he assists with event management for all sports, including sports information.  He also serves as Academic and Social Chair of the Sigma Nu Fraternity.

"The addition of Marc will serve many areas, most notably social media and enhancing our website services," stated Commisioner Dean Myrick.  "This will help all of our members, coaches, student-athletes, and fans."

The ACCC consists of 18 members, with over 1,600 student-athletes competing in nine sports.  In 2013, the ACCC experienced unprecedented success by capturing the NJCAA national championship in baseball, softball, and men's golf.

"After completing my degree, I hope to be associated with a large university athletic program or conference office, and this internship will allow me to experience all sides of athletics, from administration to coaches to student-athletes," stated Arguello.
